Better than Depends. The four tabs for fastening are velcro, so the fit of the brief can be adjusted multiple times without tearing the fabric of the brief.
The Depends brief uses tape that attaches to a plastic outer layer of the brief and the plastic tears if the fit is adjusted.
Also more absorbent than the Depends.
The health aides that care for my mother say the Prevail brief is the best and is what is used in the nursing home they work at for their full time CNA jobs.
